All of our surveillance operatives come from Police or military backgrounds and must produce a clean Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) disclosure and evidence of accredited surveillance training. All operatives must also be able to demonstrate an understanding of Article 8 of the Human Rights Act and the Regulation of Investigative Powers Act (RIPA).
CSS operatives produce photographic or video footage and written material in the form of contemporaneous notes to support their observations. This material is produced to evidential standards and followed up with concise and well produced reports.
